I’m building small tools and experiments around operational problems I’ve seen firsthand.
The work is early-stage and exploratory. The goal is not to turn every idea into a product. It’s to understand the workflow properly and build something useful where software can genuinely help.

Routing and planning
I’m working to understand what routing tools small and specialized fleets actually need.
Many route optimization tools are designed for large carriers or operations where freight follows consistent patterns. They can be a poor fit for smaller or more specialized fleets.
The problem isn’t simply optimization. It’s giving planners better tools than Excel, paper-based processes, or systems that were never built for their work. They need to preserve the flexibility and speed of those manual processes while gaining the visibility and support that modern routing software can provide.
I haven’t seen a solution that gets that balance right yet, so I’m working on it.
Warehouse workflows
I’m also working on smaller experiments around warehouse coordination, including dock scheduling, paperwork and data capture, cross-dock confirmation, and shared operational visibility.
These are separate experiments focused on specific workflow problems, not a finished product suite.

PickPaperless
PickPaperless is a simple digital picking application for warehouses that have outgrown paper pick sheets but are not ready for a full warehouse management system.
Operational problem-solving
I’m interested in talking with teams that have an important process held together by spreadsheets, paper, manual handoffs, or one person’s knowledge.
Sometimes the right answer is a new tool. Sometimes it’s a clearer process, a better source of information, or a smaller change to an existing system.
