I’ve supervised shifts, managed warehouses, and supported major systems implementations.
I love understanding physical warehouse layouts, replenishment strategies, and operational workflows—how the work moves, where information gets lost, and what makes a process easier or harder for the people doing it.
A lot of that information gets lost in paper pick sheets and spreadsheets. That’s part of what led me to start building PickPaperless, a working prototype for digitizing the picking process a warehouse already has.
